Payment Types

Dear customers, here we would like to inform you about the payment options offered and the payment terms in the TanMeOn Shop. After you have placed a product in the shopping cart, you can click on the shopping cart „Checkout“:

On the „Checkout“ page. Note: We never see your payment details during the entire checkout process. The data is encrypted (see small lock in the browser) and transferred to the payment provider. We offer you the following secure payment options:

1 credit card payment

On the checkout page, there is the option of selecting a credit card as a method of payment. Here you can then conveniently pay with your credit card provider (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.).
Payment is made safely via the provider Stripe. (You can find information about Stripe here.) We never see your credit card information during the entire checkout process. The data is encrypted (see small lock in the browser) and transferred to Stripe. For you, this is as relaxed and safe as possible.

2 PayPal + SEPA

Via PayPal you have the possibility to choose besides the „classic“ PayPal payment also purchase via SEPA direct debit. (You can find information about PayPal here). Again, we do not see your account details, they are also encrypted and transferred to PayPal.

3 Installment purchase / purchase on account / immediate transfer

With us you can also easily pay from May 1st, 2020 on installment, on account or as immediate transfer. This is handled by the Klarna provider. (You can find information about Klarna here.)

Instructions for the use of Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna:

  • Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods / ticket / or, for other services, the provision of the service.   • Installment purchase (only available in Germany): With Klarna’s financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the cash register. The installment payment is due at the end of the month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice.   • Sofort: Your account is debited immediately after placing the order.
  • Direct debit: The debit is made after the goods are dispatched. You will be informed of the time by email. (Please list only those payment methods that you also offer.)

The use of the payment methods invoice, hire purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna as part of the initiation of the purchase and the execution of the purchase contract for the purpose of address and credit check.
